What the free tools keep, where it is kept, and how to remove it.
What you type into the tools
The rate calculator, the quote builder and the letter maker run in your browser. What you type is not sent to us or to anyone else. Quote and letter PDFs are made on your device and saved straight to it.
So your numbers are still there next time, each tool saves its fields in your browser's local storage, on this device only, under one key per tool:
fptp-rate-v1: the rate calculator's inputs.fptp-quote-v1: the quote builder's business details, customer details, line items and terms.fptp-letter-v1: the letter maker's invoice details, stage and sign-off.
Nothing is stored for longer than you keep it. To remove it, use the Clear button on the tool: "Clear my numbers" on the rate calculator, "Clear everything" on the quote builder and the letter maker. Each one deletes that tool's key and reloads the page with the starting values. Clearing this site's data in your browser settings removes all three. On a shared computer, clear them when you finish.
The signup form
If you join the list, the form sends your email address, plus the name of the tool page you signed up from, to Formspree (formspree.io). Formspree is the service that receives the form and passes it on to us. Its own privacy policy covers how it handles that data: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. The address is used for this list, which is for new free tools and guides from From Passion to Payday. You can unsubscribe any time.
To be taken off the list, write to support@frompassiontopayday.com.
