Digital products

All sales of digital products are final. Because files are delivered immediately on purchase and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds.

Exceptions

If you were charged in error, received the wrong file, or experienced a technical failure that prevented delivery, contact us via the contact page with your order details and we will resolve it.

Chargebacks

Disputes filed with your card issuer for reasons other than fraud or non-delivery will be contested.

This policy is governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
